Most of ICF GHK’s assignments are forward looking whether they concern the future development of a town or city or major policy choices in the social policy, employment or education fields at national or European levels. Use is made of a variety of methods to meet the needs of specific assignments: visioning; scenario building; Delphi; trend analysis and economic modelling.
