Public policy responses to the threat and consequences of terrorism have wide repercussions on economic actors and citizens. GHK has undertaken several impact assessments concerned with identifying the effects of prospective legislation and other interventions at the EU level on the economy, privacy, data protection and freedom of information as well as the combating of terrorism.
