Principal Consultant, Public Financial Management We are seeking to recruit a Principal Consultant with significant experience in the implementation of public expenditure analysis and other tools for public finance accountability, improvement of budget preparation mechanisms, development of institutional performance based incentive mechanisms, and implementation of PFM assessment. Knowledge of intergovernmental fiscal systems would be an advantage as our team often works on issues of decentralisation.
